==== VLC external display ====

Using windows 10 vlc 3 :

  - go to menu tools/preferences
  - "Video" tab then "Display"
  - enable "Fullscreen"
  - disable "Window decorations"
  - Output = automatic
  - Fullscreen video device = automatic

show "all" vlc settings (enhanced mode)
  - go to "Video"
  - play with checkboxes like disable "Embedded video" and "show media title on video" and enable "Always on top"...
  - go to "window properties" and set the "Video X coordinate" to the size of your main display (if you want to display on external screen). For example, my main display resolution is 1366x768 so i set X to 1366 and Y to 1
